Leon M. Firtel joins our panel of mediators after practicing law for 24 years prior to becoming a Circuit Court Judge in 1997. Although he is most well- known during his 18 years on the Bench for his years of service in the Family Division, he also served in the Civil and Criminal Divisions. As a lawyer, his practice, both private and as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Miami, exposed him first hand, to practice in various areas of litigation and other areas of practice.
