Mediation Rates:
– 2 Party Case: $250 per party per hour
– 3 Party Case: $200 per party per hour
– 4 Party Case: $175 per party per hour
Minimum Fees:
– Half Day – 4 hours, or the amount of time reserved if more than 4 hours
– Full Day – 6 hours, or the amount of time reserved if more than 6 hours
The mediation fee is calculated based on your Mediator’s hourly billing rate as detailed above including any pre-mediation preparation time and post-mediation follow-up time spent on the matter.
Note: we do not charge any administrative, scheduling, or rescheduling fees. In exchange we ask that you please respect our time and the cancellation policy below.
MEDIATION CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule, our office must be notified via email prior to the date and time indicated in your confirmation email for that particular mediation or arbitration in order to avoid the minimum fee.
Please note that for us to remain neutral, it is our policy to bill all parties equally for their portion of our minimum fees regardless of which party cancels a session or why it was canceled, even if it is being rescheduled, has settled, or one side is still willing to move forward.
Stanley Zamor is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit, County, and Family Mediator, a Florida Qualified Arbitrator, and an Approved Primary Trainer. He brings over 25 years of experience mediating complex civil, commercial, and family matters for private parties as well as state and federal agencies. Stan is widely respected for his disciplined, ethics-forward approach and his ability to manage high-conflict disputes with clarity and structure.
His mediation practice spans complex litigation, insurance, real estate, construction, HOA and condominium disputes, probate, securities, and wrongful death matters. Stan is known for helping parties move beyond positional bargaining by focusing on thoughtful strategy, efficient process design, and meaningful engagement. He approaches each mediation fully prepared, balancing efficiency with careful listening and party self-determination.
Stan has long been active in leadership and ethics within the ADR community. He served as President of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators from 2013–2017 and and has served on the Florida Supreme Court Dispute Resolution Center’s Mediation Ethics Advisory Committee. He is also a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and and for over fifteen years he has been a neutral for and recognized by FINRA and the AAA as a trusted neutral.
In addition to his mediation work, Stan is a guest frequent lecturer, primary trainer, and educator in conflict resolution. He has held an adjunct faculty position at the University of Miami and regularly presents CLEs/CMEs programs on advanced negotiations and mediation advocacy, ethics, and dispute resolution. He holds an undergraduate degree in law and graduate degrees in conflict analysis and resolution from Nova Southeastern University with his doctoral coursework completed.
