Michael J. Carbo

I am a pro-active mediator. I have always felt that the last thing the parties and their attorneys need is a passive courier of offers and demands. Emailing accomplishes the same and is less expensive. I offer meaningful suggestions, comments and questioning to generate movement. I have conducted over 4,500 mediations and obtained settlement in the overwhelming majority of them. My experience as a trial attorney from the start of my career coupled with my experience as a general magistrate presiding over more than 7,500 hearings has served as a foundation for what I bring to the table.
