Martin B. Woods joined the panel after 40 years of private practice, during which he handled litigation and arbitration relating to commercial and other civil disputes. Over the years, his commercial practice included a broad array of matters ranging from real estate foreclosures and title claims to partnership dissolutions, franchise controversies, insurance and reinsurance coverage issues, securities litigation, and property management exposures. In addition to his commercial practice, he litigated numerous probate cases, from will contests to trust disputes, involving virtually every type of issue that might arise in that area.

Thomas has also done many arbitrations as either the sole arbitrator or the neutral arbitrator and has extensive experience in admiralty matters, personal injury matters and commercial matters.

Elaine E. Feldman is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil, Family and Federal Court Mediator who has mediated more than 4000 cases since 1991. She graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with honors. She received her Juris Doctor in 1981 from Brooklyn Law School and attended the University of Miami School of Law as a visiting student. Ms. Feldman is a member of the Bars of Florida, U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. District Court trial bar.
