The mediation fee is calculated based on your Mediator’s hourly billing rate as detailed above including any pre-mediation preparation time and post-mediation follow-up time spent on the matter. Note: we do not charge any administrative, scheduling, or rescheduling fees. In exchange we ask that you please to respect our time and the cancellation policy below.
MEDIATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is three weekdays regardless of holidays. Check your matter confirmation email for a specific date and time by which you can cancel a matter to avoid the minimum fee. If either party needs to cancel or reschedule a matter for any reason, our office must be notified by email no later than the date and time indicated in the confirmation email. If we do not receive written notification prior to this date and time, each party will be billed for their portion of the minimum fee due.
Please note that in order for us to remain neutral, it is our policy to bill all parties equally for their portion of the minimum fee regardless of who canceled the session or why it was canceled even if it is being rescheduled, the matter settled, or one side is still willing and able to move forward but the other is not.

It was great to work with you, and I hope we find other cases to work on together.
I never thought anyone could settle this case.
Thank you. You were great. I will definitely keep you on my short list of mediators.
It’s amazing that you got these parties to settle.
I appreciate your efforts today.
